Melvene J. Tardy, IDI Q.A. is Partners for a Racism-Free Community’s Assessment Administrator. In her role with the organization she guides future Partners through the ICARE Assessment process. Through the use of coaching, documentation development and benchmarking research she works to ensure achievement of the ICARE Assessment standards are met at both local and national best practice levels. As an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator, she works with individuals and groups to achieve higher levels of intercultural sensitivity, and increase their intercultural competency. Melvene is a native of Grand Rapids and has spent her career as a human resources professional and nonprofit capacity-building practitioner, trainer, and technical assistance provider in West Michigan.
